We ship to domestic US physical addresses ONLY via UPS. At the present time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or outside the contiguous states.
Any shipping and handling charges which are imposed may reflect estimated or average amounts required to cover the cost of shipping and handling and need not reflect the exact cost of the specific order. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax.
Import Duties & Taxes
Are the responsibility of the purchaser and Arosci USA, INC cannot accept responsibility for any delays or costs incurred as a consequence of the purchaser failing to effect timely clearance of the said goods at the point of entry.
Order Processing Deadlines
During standard business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders begin processing in our fulfillment center within 48 hours of order receipt for orders received Mon – Fri. (order cut-off time is midnight eastern standard time). Most orders are shipped and received within 5-7 business days on in-stock items.
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment method timeframe you have selected will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from arosci.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Please be mindful of any existing signature release cards or authorizations you have on file with your local package delivery carriers. Please note that we can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped via standard shipping once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
We are committed to offering our customers high quality hair care products consistent with our brand’s heritage of being the Leader in Global Hairstyling. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, arosci.com is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. We’ll gladly accept returns for arosci.com products 14 days from delivery date.
Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals, accessories or promotional items received “WITH Purchase”.
Returning an item for any reason, contact our customer service department FIRST to obtain return authorization number by calling 877-4Arosci (1-877-427-6724).
If returned items are not in the same condition as when they were sent, we will refuse or send them back to you with shipping charge.
If merchandise is returned, a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will be applied.
Regrettably, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any shipping and handling charges which are imposed may reflect estimated or average amounts required to cover the cost of shipping and handling and need not reflect the exact cost of the specific order. In the event of an authorized return of any goods sold from the Site, arosci.com is not obligated to include a refund of any shipping and handling charges except when the return is for defective product in accordance with the damaged/defective item policies below and Arosci shall have the option to refund any amount owed to the customer by either crediting the charge card used for payment or mailing a check to the Customer at the address shown on the related order.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
Please note: Only products purchased from arosci.com may be returned for refund. Products purchased from a distributor, store, other online store, or any other distribution channel are not accepted for return. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery. Arosci.com is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Return Credit will issue after the inspection of returned items and always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
All clearance, sale and promotional items sale are final.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-877-4-Arosci / 1-877-427-6724 or via our Contact Us page at www.arosci.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Please ensure that you contact customer service to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before returning damaged/defective items to ensure proper refund of purchase price and applicable shipping charges. Items deemed defective/damaged must be returned in accordance with the policies and parameters below. We are not responsible for items not returned in accordance with the stated policies.
Apparent product defects/damage
Customer shall request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from arosci.com with fifteen (15) days of the date of delivery to the Customer listing the products to be returned.
Latent or hidden product defect/damage
Customer shall request a RMA number within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery listing the products to be returned.
The arosci.com site is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. By using the arosci.com site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are not at least 18 years of age, do not access, use or register on the arosci.com site. In the event we become aware you are under 18, we will terminate your registration.
Arosci.com has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the physical properties (i.e. colors, fill levels, packaging etc.) of our products shown on this website. We however cannot guarantee that the colors you see will match the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. As well we at time transition packaging, offer promotional packaging and make other changes to our products.
